Dust Tight Test Facility Dustproof IP Test Equipment For Lab Testing is suitable for all kinds of automotive parts dust-proof, dust resistance test. Test components including automotive lights, instrumentation, electrical cover, switch system, door lock, etc., and test its sealing performance. Besides, it also has view window with illumination.

1. Workroom

The internal material is 304 stainless steel, mirror surface, rust-proof, high temperature and corrosion resistance;

2. Viewing window

Double-layer tempered glass, specially designed seal, with good impact resistance and prevention of sand and dust leakage.

3. Dust Circulation
During test, dust is blown in test area by motor and blower, and then fall in funnel, and re-cycle blowing by circulating pump to achieve dust circulation.
Bottom of chamber is fitted with blower, vacuum pump, motor.
Dust collection section is located on bottom of test chamber.

4. Controller

PID programmable color touch screen controller, network connection computer.

Can edit 120 programs 20 segments.

LIB also can preset the program into the controller based on user testing requirements.

1. At first, our test chambers are produced based on 20 years product lifetime.

2. If the customer needs our engineer on-site service, they only need to pay the ticket accommodation to our Engineers, service is for free.

3. If products still can't use after our engineers' repair, we will produce a new test chamber (same as the old one) to our customers with no charge.
